Blog Post "Week Twenty"

Blog Post "Week Twenty"

This week has been difficult.  It seems every time we take one step forward, we then go two back.  Yesterday, we had a functioning arm, today we don't have an arm at all.  Kilian and I have put in alot of extra time.  On the bright side, with the square bot layout, the bot is driving much better.  Im sure  by exams we will have everything figured out.  I have been helping the younger classmen with their rollercoasters, they turned out good.

Blog Post "Week Twenty"

This week is crunch week.  Our grade is currently a D.  We want to exempt this exam so an A is neccessary.  We plan to go overtime and work on our robot as much as possible.  We are switching the wheels from omni to square for better driving.  This week we have to complete the tetra challenge, and we plan to.

Blog Post "Week Nineteen"

This week has been a hard week to work on our robot. We have only had three days to actually do any work but we managed to finally get the final design for our arm that works extremely well. But now the code for working the mechanics of the arm isn't working very well. We will fix this problem by Tuesday next week and hopefully complete this challenge by Wednesday if not sooner.

Blog Post "Week Nineteen"

This week we hope to finally finish the challenge we have been stuck on for the past few weeks. We did have a battery issue today where one of our batteries where charged. But we did make some advances on the coding for the arm. So when we get back to school after these two super testing days. We will be able to operate the robot and hopefully get it working the way we want it to.

Blog Post "Week Eighteen"

We have surprisingly made great progress with the arm despite our  hold backs.  We still have a D in the class, but that will soon change.  With another AP test soon to come, tensions are high.  Our robot is moving well and first period has left us alone-for now.

Blog Post "Week Eighteen"

This week's progress will lack.  Personally, I have an AP test today and Kilian and I have an Algerbra 2 EOC Tuesday and Wednesday. Although, Thursday and Friday we plan to build a new arm for our robot and hopefully complete the Tetra challenge.
